Orders & Shipping

Are there any shipping costs?

Due to the bulky nature of our products, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your shipping information within 4 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at support@playplanetkids.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • For detailed tracking enquiries such as estimated time of arrival, please follow up with the Courier or Interparcel. As the shipper we don’t have access to any additional tracking information that is not provided to the customer.   
Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to support@playplanetkids.com. We will see what is still possible.

Can I I return my order?

  • Please note that for change of mind returns, all items must be in their original packaging with no sign of wear and use.
  • For a change of mind return, the customer is responsible for the return cost of shipping.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable for change of mind returns.
  • In the event that your product arrives faulty, please send an email within 2 days of receiving your item to support@playplanetkids.com and include any photos for faulty items.
  • If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance at support@playplanetkids.com. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
How Long does the Return Process Take?
  • All returns must be lodged within 30 days.
  • Return shipping times may vary depending on the courier and sender state.
  • Once we have received the order return in it's original packaging without any sign of wear, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
